It's been a long time since I don't do anything FD related. And yes, things have changed lately.

I will check if there's something I could work on. Maybe there's an interesting idea I've plotted before in my older blog posts.

Yup, I've got initial progress on Riot!, and I will be using those Counter-Strike Source GIGN with a custom skin for the Ertzaintza.

Riot! will be a WoW machinima movie about... just a riot. With the music from Meshuggah I told about before (Bleed). I will be needing at least a 3d artist for this, because I want it to be so special. Just the riot control smacking people with blunts and going around with their plastic riot square shields.

Or not.

I may think about it, 3d or not? That's the question. 3d would be for custom animations. But all I need is the Ertzaintza suits and gear (the Riot control here).

Brainstorm time!

I'll write down a Machinima brainstorm right here.

• Something related to city crimes and serial killers. It would end with the execution of the serial killer as well.
• A music video for Syndrome, from Deathstars ("Syndrome: explore and control their minds before they control you! A quality game from Free Dwarf Studios! - Batteries not included")
• Some mix between Second Life and WoW characters, in any movie around.
• Doom 3 related stuff? GNOME MARINES!
• Something for Bleed, from Meshuggah. Maybe the music video itself or just the music in anything.
• Real Life footage!
• Something about a war, with footage from Garry's Mod (I would record cities), Detonation Films and with WoW characters. I don't know if there are much sci-fi or modern warfare wear around in WoW.
• I thought of using somewhere a Delta 9 song, called The Devil's Work (yeah, I'm such a gabber freak)
• Using the Transformers kind of theme, I would compose something about giant robots/cyborgs invading something.
• Delta 9's Mortified deserves something.
• Junkie trolls, with music from Morodo. Yup. More marihuana stuff.
• Angry trikers.
• World domination.
• DR. STEEL! Or Vacuum Consortium.
• I'll work for James Rolfe if he does a World of Warcraft review in AVGN, just for food. YOU GOT CHANGE!
• Chester A. Bum.
• Put Nostalgia Critic in WoW. Put tree in rock.
• Maybe making use of ACS and ZDoom I would make something Doom related, like Planet of the Imps. That's an awesome webcomic, though deceased.
• Ask someone to make 3d custom renders for WoW machinima, like... uh... Pinkhair?
• Put Olibith somewhere, or Nublock.
• Oxhorn too.
• Profit.
• 4chan + WoW. That's like, 420chan. DUUUUUUUUUUDE!!
• Conquer Poland.

The New Logo Syndrome [New Free Dwarf Logo]

So, it's been a time since I didn't upload anything, so for now on I'll be using this logo. It's based off on a bit of the Deathstars' Syndrome video clip. And you can spot one of my Second Life characters there.
Did I mention Second Life? Yeah, I've been playing SL lately. That's why I didn't make anything new lately.

No Blood elf Drama Queens were damaged in the founding of Free Dwarf Studios.

I finally solved the After Effects / Vista issue. How? Installing CS4 and Quicktime (plus adding something in the system config. DON'T TOUCH!). So, I started with this new music video from Weird Al Yankovic called "Hardware Store".

Soon, I'll start with something Maddox related.

Is it me, or every dancing gnome is actually creepy?

Vista Sucks my Balls

Seriously, I try to import a single file in After Effects and BAM! After Effects crashes thanks to Vista. I even tried importing and running Jahshaka, but no way still. It bites the dust.

I wish Bill Gates could have think things twice, or even thrice, before making Operative Systems.

Castlevania: Wisps of FAME!!

Right now I look at WCM, and I recieved a spotlight for Castlevania: Wisps of Dracula! That's pretty good news! Thank you so much for your appreciation for nasty humor and movies for poorly-written fanfics!

I hate it. Why? It's a serious RAM glutton. That explains everything. Every time I try to RAM preview a scene, it fucks up the entire thing, like it's devouring my memory until the last drop of it. Fucking Adobe.

Machines that reach the Sky

B Mashina is the new machinima music video I'm working at, while the voice actors for Bus #667 gather. It's almost much like the original Laibach music video, only that it's a mix between an old instructional film (a.k.a. "blah and You" or those in Fallout 3), a psycho's mind and a dictatorship in a blender.
I hope this goes well. This is the first music video ever made by Free Dwarf Studios. And this is really a serious attempt at a serious machinima. Hope I get even that voice acting for Bus #667... :|

Good news that will sadden everyone

Apparently, there's some voice actress around my Bus #667 thread in voiceactingclub.com posting replies to the thread. That's why I guess I don't recieve any emails about voice acting lately.
If there's only this lady avaiable, I have still Dreux who I can try again.

BTW: Dreux joined the team.

Free Dwarf Studios NEEDS YOU!

I already sent an e-mail to Dreux about this thing of making Free Dwarf Studios a team. And you know I don't want all the fame to myself.
All I need is useful people, which can be voice actors, script helpers, post-producers (those who can handle better After Effects from my footage), music composers, etc. just to help me out, anytime they're avaiable and anytime they can. It's just like asking for help mutually. We'll do it for the love of art.
I hate to say that there's no payment around, but if you're willing to help the creators of Castlevania: Wisps of Dracula, you sure win.

Too much free time

There are no Free Dwarf updates yet. Why? I haven't even recieved a voice actor audition for now.
Here's the story: I didn't found any adequate the Dreux Ferrano's lines for Bus #667 (there was a lack of that thing that makes horror be horror, you know, serious business here), because I guess he got used to Castlevania: Wisps of Dracula. So, from www.voiceactingclub.com I started making a thread for getting auditions for Bus #667. At first the deadline was 30th June, but seeing that the real attention is focused on Super Smash Bros Brawl / Halo 3 / etc. machinima projects, I started trying to bump the thread. And even extended the deadline to end of July.
I'm convinced I really have to search other ways to get more voice actors. Or maybe another try with Dreux, and see if he could do it better. Who knows, I'm quite desperate to put that bus-background-footage-in-a-still-image-that-is-based-on-an-urban-Barcelona-bus on.

Real life passes, and unlike everything else, it makes you think, what did I learn? Trust me about trust no one. But apart from that, things come across my head. May them be machinima ideas, apart from other things.
Take it as a plan. Part of the plan.
I really liked the idea from Requiem for a Dream. I didn't see it, other than it's bits and pieces, but it makes me think of the people around me. What day did make youth and elder think nothing? The movie begs the question "How they think of that/whatever it is"? It's something that no one could answer, but ironically and correct, I think the cause: they mind nothing about the rest. Egoistically, they care about their sanity, in a manner or another, careless or utilizing others, like parasites.
Other thing I saw is Transformers 2. That movie is decent, even if it's a CG invasion to the eyes, but at least the score was nice.
I came to the conclusion that no one is capable of handling the world as is. It's late, but still, we can do something. Trust no one.

The Bus of Death! DUN DUN DUN!!

I was quite on an idea block until I was with my pals outside, and basing off a dream I had about ghostly busses and eerie travels in such vehicles, I came up with the idea of a new WoW machinima. This time is different, not so much comedy at all (if not nothing!).
It's about a bunch of young blood elves travelling to a party in an urban bus. They come from a nice party, blah blah blah... The bus passes through Deadwind Pass, letting anything else related to shockers, horror and demonic posessions. All in one of the guys' camera perspective, like Cloverfield (you know it's awesome, do you?).
This would be awesome, and a great step from the Djy1991 cliché. I plan on making more horror later, and this would be an example. Actually, however, it's pretty short I'm sure, a horror short, but I think it will be worth.

A normal day at the cibercafé (when I got my computer fixed) and I decided to peek into YouTube, in the Free Dwarf Youtube account. I peeked into my channel, and what I saw made me almost scream! I gasp'd:
"OMG!! 4412 VIEWS!! IT IS TEH POWERFUL!!!"
Well, thank you so much for the feedback and the attention! I feel actually proud of this movie I made. Again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Anyways, I really got my compy fixed so I'll make something else. I'll think about it.

I'll not be able to make machinima, as I told in my YouTube channel, until I get my home computer fixed. I'm posting this from my dad's laptop.

But hey, I already think of next projects. Maybe I'll think which of them I'll make, but they're decided:

Atdlan & Noblejazan: Something involving my brother's and my main characters, of course, Atdlan and Noblejazan. Apart of some of the other main chars I know in WoW.
Cyberapocalypse: This is much like "GET OUT OF THERE *BOOOOOOOOOOM*". It has cyborgs invading the main Azerothian cities. Much like Stroggs from Quake I guess. F**k yeah!
Some music videos: Like that Stripped remix by Charlie Clouser from Rammstein, or something.
The Battle of your Life: It's a battle in some battleground, guest-starring Heavy, Medic and Demoman from TF2. With some beatin' music in the go!

I'll still go for the blog.
